She also holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Democracy from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and has served as coordinator of the law program in the Department of Private Law, as well as a professor and advisor in the undergraduate and graduate law programs.
In the European context, she serves as a member of the national AI committee of AFNOR (Association Française de Normalisation) and collaborates with international standardization bodies such as ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and CEN-CENELEC (European Committee for Standardization / European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization), contributing as an expert in discussions aimed at developing global standards for the governance of artificial intelligence.
Areas of Practice
Out-of-Court Law
Out-of-court legal representation is the trend in contemporary societies, especially when the goal is to avoid conflicts and seek effective solutions.
Family and Succession
Planning
Establishing sound legal structures through planning tools tailored to both asset-related and non-asset-related needs requires a customized analysis.
Family and
Succession Law
The range of practice areas in the legal field is vast. There are countless areas of law; however, not all of them are relevant to everyone’s lives.
In contrast, family law and estate law are part of all of our lives.
Legal Consulting
and Opinions
The dynamics of social relationships challenge the law, prompting the creation of new knowledge and the development of insights better suited to these changes. The coldness of the law fails to reveal the humanity and warmth of interpersonal relationships.
Courses
and Lectures
The primary purpose of the courses and lectures is to provide access to technical information that facilitates an understanding of the legal implications in the field of Family and Succession Law.
